Other institutions/banks have called to ask me what I think of the service we receive from Ragan Safe & Vault. I usually say they’re great. They provide good customer service, they have the most courteous and efficient technicians. But one of the most important things to me is when I have a question or a problem, all I have to do is call. I happened to be working late one evening and after I entered my code, a message came up on the key pad and I panicked. Of course the first thing that came to mind was I need to call Dave or George. I did call, George answered immediately and I told him what was going on, he told me what to do and I was able to leave.

That’s the kind of service I’m talking about. I have met them both but if you haven’t met them face to face, you still feel like you know them.
